We are proud to be part of a warm, open-hearted, and friendly community—and we’re thrilled to have you staying in our beautiful, luxurious, oceanfront condo building.
Whether you’re visiting as a friend or family member of a resident, we hope you feel right at home and enjoy all that Roney Palace has to offer.
A Note From The Neighbors
While most of our neighbors are incredibly kind and welcoming, we want to be transparent and let you know that a small handful may not share the same welcoming spirit.
It’s rare, but in the unlikely event you encounter one of these individuals, the best approach is simply to say you are a friend or family guest.
There is no need to share additional details.
This is an important message for all Roney Palace guests:
Your privacy—and ours—is very important. Other than the front desk and the official HOA office,
you are not required to share any personal information with anyone in the building.
You are under no obligation to disclose:

The unit you’re staying in
-
Who your host is
-
How long you’re staying
-
Whether you're visiting through Airbnb, Vrbo, or otherwise
If approached with personal questions such as:

“What unit are you staying in?”

“Who’s your host?”
-
“Are you here from Airbnb or Vrbo?”
These questions are inappropriate and should be ignored politely. You are under no obligation to answer.
Your stay in our community is completely legitimate and legally permitted. Harassment or questioning from other residents is not acceptable and should be reported to your host if it happens.
We appreciate your cooperation in respecting community etiquette, and we thank you for showing kindness and consideration to all neighbors during your stay.
Together, we’ll continue to build and maintain the warm, inclusive atmosphere that makes Roney Palace such a special place.
